Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d)
Job description:
- Telephone and written customer service as support for the sales department
- Independent quotation preparation and follow-up as well as order processing
- Organizational handling of order management up to delivery in close coordination with the purchasing, sales and production teams
- Processing of customs shipments
- Order entry and data maintenance in the CRM system
Requirements:
- Completed commercial or technical training
- Experience in internal sales
- Solid knowledge of MS Office programs and ERP systems
- Dealing with customers in the technical field is a matter close to your heart
- Open, communicative and active personality
- Structured and customer-oriented way of working
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Enjoy working in flat structures with quick decisions and short lines of communication
